The Gentle Return Package

Embracing motherhood is a journey, and I want to support you every step of the way. The Gentle Return Package is designed exclusively for new moms looking to reconnect with their body and mind. This package includes:

  • One Personal Training Session per week: Whether from the comfort of your home, in person, or virtually, I will guide you through four gently progressing workouts tailored to your unique needs.

  • Mom-Safe Custom Workouts & Nutrition PDF: Receive a downloadable guide filled with specially designed solo workouts and nutrition tips. We’ll pay special attention to any conditions you may be experiencing like Diastasis Recti or pelvic floor dysfunction.

  • A Month of Support: I’m here for you. With text, video, and email support, I’ll answer your questions, provide encouragement, and keep you on track for the joyful recovery of your beautiful post-baby body.

    Recommended for any moms up to 18 weeks postpartum. Let Aglow Fitness be part of your gentle return to wellness.

    Experience the camaraderie of Group Training. Located in South Austin at HEAT, this option is perfect for duos, couples, or friends who crave social-driven fitness. These sessions offer a blend of workouts suitable for all fitness levels. Need a group? No problem— I can pair you up!

Weekly Virtual Group Classes

Join me every Friday at 12:00 pm CT for a 45-minute virtual full-body strength training class - and your first class is free! This session is designed for mothers, mothers-to-be, and mothers-in-the-making, but everyone is welcome. You can expect:

  • Breathwork: Together we'll explore diaphragmatic breathing and the connection breath to get in touch with your deep core muscles and tune in to your pelvic floor.

  • Functional Movement: I'll lead you through movements that mirror daily life to build strength and stability in key areas for moms - upper back, glutes, and core.

  • Cardiovascular Fitness: Did you know cardiovascular exercise is one tool to reduce the occurrence of health risks during pregnancy? I’ll help you get your heart rate up and get those steps in!

  • Modifications Provided: Every body is unique, so I'll offer modifications to suit your needs perfectly.
